The Food Control Center performs tests on object of common use in compliance with the regulations that are systematically monitored.
We test:

  • pesticides
  • toxic metals (lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic, tin, etc.).
  • mycotoxins (aflatoxins B1, B2, G1 and G2, ochratoxin A, citrinin, patulin, M1, DON, ZON, fumonisin, etc.)
  • histamine
  • nitrites and nitrates
  • sweeteners (saccharin, aspartame, acesulfame-K, cyclamic acid and salts thereof, steviol glycosides, sucralose)
  • colorants (synthetic organic colorants such as, tartrazine, azorubine, amaranth, ponceau 4R, etc.)
  • preservatives (sorbic acid and salts, benzoic acid and salts, SO2)
  • antioxidants (phenolic antioxidants in oils and fats)
  • polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons: benzo (a) pyrene, benz (a) anthracene, benzo (b) fluoranthene, chrysene
  • gluten
  • allergens: soy, peanuts, sulfur dioxide and others.
  • lactose, etc. sugars
  • acrylamide
  • polyphosphates
  • flavor (quinine, caffeine / theine, thujone)
  • banned substances such as melamine and dyes Sudan I-IV
  • vitamins (beta carotene, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B2)
  • minerals (calcium, iron, phosphorus, zinc, sodium, potassium, etc.)
  • THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) and CANNABINOIDS
  • active components: arbutin, oleuropein, chlorogenic acid, monacolin K (lovastatin)
  • theobromine
  • bisphenol A (packaging)
